I would say I’m creative by my Culinary vision as a Chef and the published books for sale on Amazon.
Canadian Recipes of the Great White North is a published cookbook I started after the loss of our child Jenni.
In memory of Jenni, I channeled my grief into creating a joyful, family-friendly campfire cookbook. It’s filled with “Home Sweet Home” recipes inspired by the Great White North, combined with charming wildlife illustrations by children’s artist Diane Lucas, perfect for sharing around the campfire.
My other creation is my science fiction novel, Black Angels, tells the story of Commander Cardin, a battle-scarred warrior consumed by vengeance for his murdered family. He leads the elite Royal Emperor Guards on a perilous mission to a distant planet, seeking a crystal that holds the key to his people’s survival. Set on an ancient Earth long before humanity, Black Angelsplunges into a world of advanced alien civilizations and terrifying threats, where Cardin must balance his personal vendetta with the fate of the Sirian race. This high-stakes adventure blends thrilling action with haunting horror as the Sirians face a terrifying enemy that threatens to obliterate their world.
