Who doesn’t love Apple Pie ?
I like to call my baking creation ” The North American Apple Pie for World Peace by Chef Bari”
I would like to thank all my new followers in the past month and truly appreciate my fans, who are encouraged into cooking by using my free recipes and my step-by-step photo guide, from gourmet to home style dinners, luncheons and breakfast entrees.

Also today I would like to talk about my published cookbook Canadian Recipes of the Great White North by Chef Bari ( yup – that’s me).
Canadian Recipes of the Great White North is a family cookbook aimed to generate funds towards the Children’s Stollery Foundation. After my daughter, Jenni died from a rare disease, I pursued to create a legacy by means of my family outdoor cookbook.
The book illustrations were created by Diane LUCAS formatted with interactive cute wildlife designed to entertain children, but at the same time, the recipes are for adults who’s interest is the outdoors, but also including recipes from my Home Sweet Home chapter, as well as desserts I made in my restaurants.
But overall, my Great Canadian Cookbook, Canadian Recipes of the Great White North cookbooks goal was simply to help sick children. I have donated $400 towards the Children’s Stollery Foundation, (which isn’t much) so the more you support me, the more I can help the sick children. Thirty-five precent of my earnings will go towards helping. So – let’s buy a lot more Canadian Recipes of the Great White North cookbooks please.

“The North American Apple Pie for World Peace by Chef Bari” is my initiative to remember a time when my Mom use to greet newcomers by knocking on their door, giving them a fresh Apple Pie to welcome them here as Canadians and our new neighbours. Let’s begin this jester once again to bring World Peace.
So today, make an Apple Pie and give it to your neighbour and let them know this is the “The North American Apple Pie for World Peace by Chef Bari” Ask them to do the same and keep passing it along until the our World Leaders receive their Apple Pie and they too pass along the message.
