New Book Release for 2022
I am pleased to announce my new book release for September 2022.
It’s unusual for a Chef to write a science-fiction book, but here I am, introducing :
Guardians of Humanity by Bari Marcus Anthony

Bari Marcus Anthony is my pseudonym ( pen name) and full name.
Chef Bari is my Culinary Arts career.

Bari Marcus Anthony has been writing science-fiction since childhood. First published cookbook, Canadian Recipes of the Great White North in 2008. Before writing his Sci-fi manuscript, he started with screenplays and promoting his short stories on his website, James Montana Scripts, in hope to sell scripts and short stories.
Black Angels — the Origin was published live with Amazon books on August 25 2022 and released on September 1st 2022.
Raised in the Okanagan Valley in B.C., Canada, Bari continued writing skills with Okanagan College in Kelowna, BC ; Applied Arts.
After his two year course, he realized writing wasn’t going to feed his family, so he went to NAIT in Edmonton, Alberta to take the culinary arts program . After 10 hard years, working in various resort hotels across Alberta and B.C., he finally achieved his own chef status, working in distinguished member golf courses, like Kelowna Springs.
In addition to being a prolific writer, Bari is a devoted father and grandfather, dedicated to his family. He’s been married to lovely Patricia for 43 years ; his children, Tianndra & Trisha, now grown up, are deeply cherished, as well as his grandkids, Zoe, Ella and Logan.
Bari & Patricia’s first born, Jenni Michelle, tragically died at a young age, due to a strange disease called Kawasaki. He has contributed to the Children’s Stollery Foundation in Edmonton, Alberta. A percentage of his books sales will go towards this foundation.

A Brand New Look and 3rd Edition of Canadian Recipes of the Great White North 2020
In 2020 I revised my published cookbook Canadian Recipes of the Great White North with a sharp new image and updated recipe extensions, formatting the 3rd edition.
Canadian Recipes of the Great White North is now available for the whole family including kids corner and cute wildlife illustrations by artist Diane Lucas of Nova Scotia. This cookbook is not only for campfire fun for the whole family, it now has long lost secret bread recipes since the 1800’s. Topping that, our truly Canadian Theme Cookbook has a “Home Sweet Home “ section, providing recipes and comfort food items. And let’s not forget about our Dessert Chapter, dedicated for sweets and treats.
All my work is in memory of Jenni who never had the option of living out a full life.
