Smoked Salmon Breakfast

Good Morning— Chef Bari here . Another healthy easy meal edition to prepare.

This morning I made myself an easy healthy breakfast anyone can make; smoked salmon w/ light cream cheese on English Muffins, capers, fresh chopped onions and squeezed fresh lemon and garnish on top.

Please Note : Capers, cream cheese and fresh sweet white onion are underneath the smoked salmon, making it easier to eat

My ice cold beverage is fresh infused kiwi, lemon 🍋 and lime juice on ice.

Breakfast is an important meal as it raises your metabolism, helping you loose weight and increase your endurance for the day.
