3 teaspoons of water

DINNER TIME

Teriyaki Sauce must be ready on low heat on back oven before you start.

• Heat up WOK with a drizzle of Grapeseed or Canola Oil.

• Add 1/2 of sliced onions and 1 tablespoon each minced garlic and ginger to wok . Quick sauté.

• Add mushrooms. Quick sauté.

• Add Red Peppers. Quick sauté.

• Add Green Onions . Quick sauté

• Add 1/4 cup of teriyaki sauce and quick sauté.

• Remove veggies from Wok and place to the side.

• Remove the marinade beef tenderloin from liquid into a separate container with paper towel to help absorb any liquid. This is important or your meat will just boil.

• Clean Wok and heat up again. Add Oil .

• Add the other half of sliced onions first ( this prevents meat from sticking)

• Add small portions of the beef tenderloin at a time. NOT all at once. Remove sauté beef portions and place to the side until all the beef is cooked. ( Note : The beef tenderloin cooks quickly so don’t over cook/ I like my beef MR )

• Once all the beef is seared place the veggies back into Wok first, then add all the cooked Beef Tenderloin. Add a healthy portion of teriyaki sauce and quick sauté for a couple of flips and serve immediately over sticky rice

This dish is an excellent alternative to your traditional Christmas Dinner . It has great presentation and it’s easy to prepare 😋 Beef Tenderloin is expensive, so it’s a once in awhile treat nowadays.

Cheer !
