Crispy Breaded Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients:
4 – 6 boneless or bone-in pork chops, about 1/2 inch thick
Salt and pepper to taste
Breading Mixture:
1 1/2 cups plain breadcrumbs or Panko breadcrumbs
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp celery seed

1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup olive oil
Method:
Prepare: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
Season Pork: Dry pork chops well with paper towels and season lightly with salt and pepper, to taste.
Make Breading Mixture: In a shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs, salt, paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, celery seed.
Stir to combine well.
Bread Pork Chops:
Mayonnaise Method: Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on one side of a pork chop, then add, mayo side down, to the breadcrumb mixture. Spread another thin layer of mayonnaise on the other side of the pork chop and sprinkle with breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
Pan fry in oil until lightly golden brown ; both sides.
Place in 375°F (190°C) for 25 – 30 mins when internal temperature reaches above 145 degrees F .
