Chicken Parmigiana

Good Afternoon! What’s for Dinner tonight ? How about Chicken Parmigiana—


4 Whole Chicken Breast ( Fillet as shown on my YouTube Video )

1/2 cup flour

1/2 cup oats

1/2 cup Panko Breadcrumbs

1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese

1/2 Italian Seasonings

1 tablespoon of Garlic Powder

Salt and Black Pepper to taste

2 Whole Eggs

1/2 cup of Milk

1/2 cup of Canola Oil


Fillet / Slice your chicken breasts into halves ( See Video )

Combine flour, oats, Panko Breadcrumbs, Parmesan Cheese, Italian seasonings , Salt and Black Pepper into shallow dish ( See Video )

Mix eggs with milk and place in large bowl

Add sliced chicken to egg wash and mix throughout

Now dip each chicken breast slice into breadcrumbs mixture. Pat down. Do all of them as instructed in my video.

Place Canola Oil in frying pan under medium- high heat. Once it reaches 350 degrees F add breaded chicken.

Brown on both sides. Do the same to the rest of them.

Place a couple of cooked breaded chicken into skillet. Add your favourite tomato gravy ( recipe here ) and then top with Mozzarella Cheese.

Voila’ The best side dish is, of course, spaghetti 🍝
