Why do you blog?
Blogging is a big part of what I do. The reason why I blog is to promote my books, Canadian Recipes of the Great White North and Guardians of Humanity sharing my passion of writing stories.
It’s also about introducing classic recipes throughout my career as an Executive Chef and showcasing our Italian culture .
I believe blogging is an important part of social media where the future will be decided. Maybe my writing passion will be read when I’m no longer part of the human race.
