Celebrating Holidays as a Chef

How do you celebrate holidays?

Celebrating holidays are important to me now.

As a Chef , I never had a chance to be with my family during my whole career until I retired. Every holiday I was working ; that being said, the holidays I love the most is Thanksgiving and Christmas.

It’s not all about the presents, it’s about the time spending with your family over a wonderful grand dinner. Each year I try something different then the norm Turkey and Stuffing. Sometimes it’s Beef or Salmon Wellington. As you can see, we celebrate our holidays over food ; it could be a Italian family thing.

Sometimes we’ll all head to Vegas during the Christmas Season to enjoy the festivities and fine decorations throughout the Vegas Strip and Downtown. Nevertheless, as you can see the photos below, you’ll know we love cooking and eating — lol.
