Bulls-Eye BBQ Pork using a WOK

Perfect BBQ Pork using a WOK. One of the easiest and quickest dinners you’ll make for your family.

Ingredients:

Pork loin ( cut in julienne strips as shown in video) (One pork loin per person ) ( Buy thick 3/4 inch at Costco)

2 Sweet Red Peppers ( cut in julienne strips as shown in video )

1 1/2 Sweet White Onions ( also cut into julienne strips )

1 tablespoon of fresh minced garlic

1/8 cup of Grapeseed Oil ( oil is healthy and great for high heat )

1/2 cup Bulls-Eye BBQ Sauce

3 tablespoons of ketchup

Method:

1. Freeze the Pork loin the day before. Bring it out the day of and once just thawing out, it’s easy to cut into think pork strips ( as shown in my video )

2. Cut Red Peppers and Onions julienne and place to the side.

3.Add just enough oil to WOK and swirl off the heat. Place back on high heat and add a few red peppers and onion strips ( julienne pieces ) to help notice when it starts to sizzle.

4.Add a small handful of pork strips into the centre of the WOK. Swirl with wooden spoon so the pork cooks evenly.

5. Add minced garlic and swirl about evenly

6. Add more Red Peppers and Onions

7.Again add another small handful of pork strips and swirl about until cooked.

8. Continue process until all the pork , red peppers and onions are cooked.

9. Turn down heat to medium.

10. Mix in Bulls-Eye BBQ Sauce and ketchup. Immediately mix throughout constantly and take off heat.

11. Serve with sticky or Basmati Rice. Any rice will do, however the two I mentioned give off a wonderful taste

Cheers !
